Nel ottobre 2003, il progetto IOSSPL, realizzato da CONTACT NET (ROMANIA) ha vinto un concorso internazionale organizzato dal Governo Italiano - Il Ministero delle Attivita' Produttive, in base alla Legge 212/1992.

Il lancio ufficiale del progetto e' stato annunciato il 1 giugno 2004.

Il MINISTERO delle ATTIVITA’ PRODUTTIVE Direzione Generale per la Promozione degli Scambi - Divisione IV – ROMA, ha approvato il progetto IOSSPL (cod. 212/03/ROM15) a valere sulla Legge 212/92 D.M. n. 171 del 19/04/2001, con Decreto del Ministero delle Attività Produttive del 29/12/2004.
